Our CSR commitments

Working in the field of innovation makes us face up to our responsibilities towards the social and environmental challenges. We encourage applications for funding that will create jobs, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve human health or develop local areas.

Internally, we also strive to provide equal opportunities and to minimise our impact on the environment:

Gender balance

Workforce parity has been a trait of Novanexia since the start, having been co-founded by a woman. Remunerations and opportunities are the same for all.

People development

We recruit apprentices and we train and help them progress. We also give opportunities to students and young graduates from around the world.

Environmental impact

We limit our impact by using preferably public transports and trains, by saving energy in shared offices and, by recycling (paper, ink, batteries, computers, etc.).
